I hope that this review lets me write enough, because I couldn't be happier with the Sale of the Honda Metropolitan that my daughter just purchased from Redline Powersports Myrtle Beach! My daughter is a sophmore at Coastal Carolina University and they just changed their policy of only letting freshman and commuters park on campus during the day, so my daughter needed a way to get back an forth without always having to rely on the shuttle. I found Redline in an online search to find who the local dealer was that I could have her purchase a 49cc scooter that would not require her to have a motorcycle cert on her licence. To complicate the matter we are in Maryland and had to do the entire process over the phone to set up the purchase for her. I had David Reagan take care of us and he did such a fantistic job, of getting us the scooter we wanted, helping her select a helmet, finding insurance and handling the registration for South Carolina, that the whole deal went flawlessly. Early this week he delivered the scooter to her dorm apt and showed her how to operate the scooter. Then today he called me back to say that because my daughter is total novice and he could tell that she was nervious about practicing the scooter while other students around, he asked if he could have her take the scooter to a bigger lot to show her how to be more proficent to make sure she would be more comfortable with learning how to ride the scooter safely. I have never had a purchase go as soothly as this and the amount of consern for my daughters safety after the sale is why I would recommend this dealer for anybody buying a scooter or motorcycle here. I'm sure that they will have many more scooter sales in the future now for CCU students and you can feel confident that you kid will be treated right here no matter where you are in the country.

At the end of the day, my insurance company was lagging a bit but and caused a delay in required insurance documentation. This was not a problem for the staff at Redline. Im almost 17 now and just bought my first bike(cbr500r) it was hard because Im a big 16 year old so none of the 300s I could fit on so I really didnt know what to do. I purchased a 2023 Defender Buck was great ! Worked hard to get my unit built , we had slight issue with windshield and back glass but he was able to get it shipped to redline closer to my home and Ill get it when it comes in . Buck worked hard to try to clean my unit up as the manpower was limited for detailing . Overall Mr Buck was very responsive and took care of me better than any salesman I have ever used. Hats off Mr Buck for helping me. Oh yea Mr Donnie in parts took the time to help make sure my unit was tied down properly for the 3.5 he drive home. I would make the 3.5 he drive again Redline was worth the drive.

The deal was quick just how Id expect I messaged the day prior about a trade in decided not to go that route but submitted credit application that same night next day around lunch time got a text saying I was approved and if I could come in I did got there 30 minutes prior to closing they helped with insurance got a new helmet signed papers with finance and they helped load it onto a lifted truck everything took about a hour I was out of there around 630 definitely recommend shopping at this dealership

I had been looking for a KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days for about 6 months and one appeared at Red Line Powersports in Myrtle Beach. Contacted sales at Red Line and met the guy who would help me make the purchase. My salesperson was Jonathan Perez also known as JP. When I arrived at the dealership for the first time, JP walked me around the store and introduced me to their parts specialist, Scott Fingar, who happens to own one of the same bikes that I was buying so he was able to answer any questions that I may have had from an actual owners perspective. Jonathan also introduced me to Taylor Anderson in finance who literally had all of my paperwork prepared and ready to review when I walked in his office. No waiting around for hours while they worked behind the scenes. Easy in and out transaction. When I went to load the bike into the back of my truck, I only had 3 straps with me and I really needed 4. JP found me another strap and he helped me strap the bike in safe and sound for our journey home. I have no problem giving the service that I received from Red Line Powersports 5 stars based on the experience that I had with them. I was treated very well and will be returning for future parts & service needs on this bike.

Redline is one of my favorite places to visit when we go down to the beach! Kevin was very helpful when we had questions about an issue we had with one of our four wheelers. Great place with lots of cool toys! Very nice people!

Joey and Antonio in the service Dept are 5 star employees. They were cordial, professional and actually spent time with me. Joey said he would not charge me for the seat heat install and Antonio did more maintenance then required. He spent time with me and gave me pointers using my Honda Pioneer. I will be back. Great experience!!

Been living in the area for a few years now and just getting back into the hobby so decided to check them out. Great selection and Skyler greeted me as soon as I came in and was super helpful in getting me back into the swing of things.
